Herbs
Use fresh or dried herbs for making herbal drinks. We serve winter drinks warm and summer drinks at room temperature or slightly chilled. My favorite herbs to make our summer drinks with are burdock, chamomile, elder flower, lavender, lemon balm, lemon verbena, rose geranium, oatstraw, peppermint, and rose petals. We make winter teas with more warming herbs like astragalus, cinnamon, clove, elderberries, ginger, and rosemary. Make a tea with one herb or mix several together. Brew up your own favorite drinks and have a pitcher full in the summer or a pot warming on the stove in the winter.
